Privacy policy: Tattoos Wizard app

Who we are

What we collect

The app has no sign-in and asks for no personal information. When your assistant uses one of its tools, we receive only the values it sends for that request: a city or country, a tattoo size, style, detail level or colour choice, a search phrase for designs or guides, or a short description of a design idea. We do not receive your name, email, account, chat history or location from the assistant.

Like any web service, our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs (time, request path, response status, and the network address of the assistant's server that called us).

How we use it

• To answer the request: look up a price range, search our artist directory, search our design store, or find a guide.
• To build the links we return. Links carry a campaign tag (for example utm_source=chatgpt-app) so we can count visits that came from an assistant. A design idea you give the custom design tool is placed in the returned link so the planner can show it back to you if you open it.
• To keep the service running and secure, using the request logs.

We do not use requests for advertising, profiling or tracking, and we do not sell any data.

Who we share it with

• Our own Tattoos Wizard systems (artist directory and price table) receive the search values needed to answer.
• Shopify, which hosts our design store, receives design search phrases.
• Vercel hosts the app and processes requests and logs on our behalf.

We share nothing else with anyone, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We do not store tool inputs in any database. Request logs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically. Short-lived caches of search results (up to 10 minutes, in memory) are discarded when they expire.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting it in ChatGPT or Claude settings. Because we do not know who you are, we cannot link logs to you; if you believe we hold personal data about you, email hello@tattooswizard.com and we will help. If you are in the EU or UK you have the rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaint to your data protection authority (in Bavaria, the BayLDA).

If this policy changes we will update this page and its date.
